Mailboat Logistics is a young and dynamic enterprise that can build on a long and divers experience in logistics.
We have managed European Distribution Centers (EDC), designed and re-designed logistics processes, managed tender processes and supplied to the point advice.

After the first contact we will assign a dedicated Mailboat Manager to the account of our customer. This manager is the contact person as well as the executive manager who will manage the assignment.

The Mailboat Manager will support the customer with advice, lead projects and supply general support to the management team in taking crucial decisions. After finishing the assignment the Logistics Manager will remain the contact person for our customer and will stand by for new assignments.
In course of time the Mailboat Manager is familiar with every detail of the company (market, products, competitors, processes), which in case of future assignments will lead to a more complete result in less time, by utilizing gained knowledge.
